Brad is a partner at Strike & Phillips LLP in Bowmanville assisting the his clients with buying and selling real estate, corporate law and wills and estate planning. 

Brad is an active volunteer and leader in the community.  Brad's volunteer work includes being the present Chair of the Grandview Children’s Centre, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Clarington Board of Trade and Director of Youth Services of the Bowmanville Rotary Club in 2017/2018.  He is a recipient of the Ontario Volunteer Services Award for dedication to community service (2018) and he is a former Director of the Durham Region Law Association which is a peer elected position to represent the lawyers in Durham Region.

Over the last 5 years as part of the Board of Directors for the Grandview Children’s Centre, Brad has worked with the Board and staff of Grandview, local community partners and local MPP’s to advocate for funding from the province for a new Grandview.  In 2017 after 9 years of work the capital ask from the province was approved for $31 million to go towards the new Grandview.   Brad looks forward to leading the Grandview Board into the building phase to fulfill the vision of the new Grandview Children’s Centre to support the children and families in Durham.

As a Director of the Clarington Board of Trade, Brad helps support local business by assisting the CBOT staff to attract new business to Claringotn (Toyota's state of the art parts distribution center being built right here in Ward 3), assist existing business connect with support or partner service's to help them grow their business or expand into a new area of business.

As a proud Rotarian, Brad has lived the motto “Service Above Self”.  Brad has helped support many local initiatives, including support for the Bowmanville Hospital, Firehouse Youth Centre, John Howard Society, Centre for Individual Studies, Grandview Children’s Centre, Durham College, UOIT, local elementary and high schools, individual local children, families and a variety of other service and support organizations.  He volunteers his time through Rotary at the Bowmanville Ribs & Brews, Terry Fox Run and various other community events.

Brad is looking forward to working with and for the residents of Ward 3 and Clarington as a whole on the issues that matter and he invites you to reach out anytime with ideas or questions.  Brad is proud to call Ward 3 and Bowmanville, HOME.
